When we receive a valid prescription containing your information from a CQC-regulated healthcare provider – for example The Leger Clinic.
When we contact the prescribing healthcare provider to support the issuance of a prescription or clarify the details of a prescription (if required).

When you contact us by email, telephone, social media or in any other way.
When you visit our website.
When you fill in a form or survey for us.
What are the reasons Lift Pharmacy collects Personal Data?

Lift Pharmacy uses personal data firstly to fulfil any contractual obligations that exist between us and you. Where will Lift Pharmacy store your Personal Data?
